This website provides information about Ngalawa Hotel & Resort and allows visitors to submit booking requests and enquiries. It does not currently process live payments or connect to a real-time reservation system — see "Booking Requests" below.
Room categories, occupancy details and facilities shown on this website are maintained by hotel management and may be updated at any time. Where a price is shown, it is per night for double occupancy on a bed & breakfast basis and subject to confirmation at the time of booking; where no price is shown, rates are provided on request. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed directly by the Hotel. Charges for single occupancy, additional guests and children, and our cancellation terms, are set out in our Cancellation & Rate Policy.
When submitting a booking request or enquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including valid contact details, so that we can reach you to confirm your booking.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false, misleading or malicious information through its forms.
The content of this website, including text, photographs, and the Ngalawa Hotel & Resort name and logo, belongs to Ngalawa Hotel & Resort or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ngalawa Hotel & Resort is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including any delay or error in responding to a booking request or enquiry. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Tanzanian law.
